Summary: I always used my debit card from my local bank in Botswana and never had a problem I m not familiar with Mastreo cards though does it have the Plus sign on the back of it If so you won t have a problem as many ATMS will take it Barclay s FNB etc This page about Master Card ATM Locator should be of some help too
