The girl simply told me their computer does not have that ability. - I considered using Paypal to send myself then redeem the money, but I would have to pay their fee (which I would consider), then redeem the check (would be a pain) and I'm pretty sure it's against their TOS anyway (which I don't wish to violate). It's 2008 and all I want to do is move my money from one place to another! There must be some way to do this! Any suggestions appreciated. hdcowboyblondie, the card is type "A" -- the same card gets reloaded. I have not nearly enough energy to try to convince a member of the average populus that I'm not scamming them somehow by asking them to use my card and pay me in cash, otherwise that would work. Can I pay for my all access visa card at the retail store with a American express card or do I need cash? I want to purchase something online that does not accept American express so i was thinking of going to the market and buying a prepaid visa card with my american express card then using the visa prepaid card for what I want. I wanted to know if this would work or do I need to get a cash advance from my american express card and take the cash to the market to buy the prepaid visa. I got a cash advance on my visa card...? I realized that I had a bill that will come due just about a week before I get my paycheck. I would not have sufficient money in my bank account for when the loan automatically withdrawals. I only needed the 80 dollars I got the advance for to have sufficient cash, rather than have my loan come up as late. so I am worried about the fact that interest compounds daily on cash advances rather than monthly as I understand it compounds on purchases- as I understood by reading my credit card agreement? How might this get me in a hole if I do not pay off the entire amount next month?

Is there anyway to get the cash from a visa gift card? I have two visa gift cards that was given to me. The purpose of them was to pay for something i am purchasing but I couldn't use it and had to use my regular credit card. So now i wanted to use the gift card to pay that credit card but they do not accept it only personal checks. I tried to get a money order with it but did not work and I tried the buying something and than returning it but that does not work either. Is there anything else i can do???
What is the best credit card for cash back rewards? My capital one CASH credit card has a full 1% cash-back with no limit (unlike the other guys that offer 3% but max-out at $12 a month), plus I get 25% annual bonus on the cash-back I accumalated that year. Capital One has no foreign transaction fee if i travel. The other guys charge 3% on EVERY transaction. My Capital One CASH Visa card is also excellent for fighting unauthorized charges against Pay Pal / eBay if you ever need to reverse a charge (God help you if you have Discover card) Discover card claims to give 1% cash-back, but that's only after you spend around $5000 in one year, then anything over that $5000 is 1% cash-back; however, the "clock" resets every year and yo uwon't get 1% cash-back the following year until yo uspend that $5,000. Discover really only gives 0.25% cash-back. This is why Capital One rocks.

what can i do if safeway charged my credit card AND took my cash? i am trying to figure out if there isa anything i can do about this. i went to safeway, i put $100 on my prepaid visa, and bought a few groceries. the total was $27.99. i only had $25 so i said to take the rest off my visa card. so he couldnt figure out how to do it, people were getting mad and leaving the line, i even told him i would not get something so it was under the $25 cash i had and he acted like he coudnt understand me.. so he finally did because someone told him how. so i gave him $25 and swiped my card. so now i see on my balance that not only did he take my last $25, he also charged it all to my visa! someone please tell me they can give me my moneyt back. i am so pissed ! i used my last $100 to put it on there to buy all my digital pics and now i cant! this sucks! what do i tell them? do i ask for my money back at all of am i just shit out of luck because they hired an idiot that cant understand english and doesnt belong working a cash register? thanks! i know i shoul dhave the reciept and believe me i save all of them! but i actually went thru my receipt drawer the day before seeing my balance online and i actually threw it out! cant thry still give my money back? this totally sucks, i wouldnt have went and spent the money to put it ON the visa just to go thru the store and use it!
