5. I buy American Express gift card at CVS and my local supermarket I always buy them at these two places They come in 25 dollars, 50 dollars and 100 Dollars cards

7. i think you can go to bed,bath, and beyond, or walgreens, rite aid etc..
8. Rite aid, Walgreens and Safeway are your best bets. According to the ad's I've seen for safeway, they have 50 different kinds of gift cards. You might want to get them Visa or a Mastercard gift card though. In my area American express isn't a very popular credit card and not a whole lot of places take them, whereas you can get them a visa or mastcard one with the same amount of money on it and it be taken everwhere.
