Gift Card Resources

Can American Express gift cards that are not for kids, teens, or birthdays be used by people 18 or younger?

If anybody knows of any other gift cards that are usable anywhere please give them with your answer.

1. yes because they have a preset limit. And Visa and Discover also have the gift cards.
2. i thinkyou can be at least 18 to use them its just like a credit card right?
