what is the perfect gift for a 12 year old?

i really want to get my sister the perfect birthday gift because she is such a sweetheart.she is one of those people who give up all of there christmas gifts to charity(which she did) and she has done so many thing and is a wonderful student and a caring person..so any ideas?

2. It depends on what she likes, if she like most of my 8-12 year old girl cousins, she would love Hannah Montana stuff. Or if she likes playing games, get her a Nintendo DS, or a Sony PSP. Or maybe some cloths, depends on what she likes, hope it helps (:

4. I think she would probably love like an mp3 player or something like that. Maybe a portable dvd player. If you are tryin to go cheap though maybe some makeup or clothes. I dont know she might even like a new binder or something for school.
5. i think you should get her a ring or necklace. and treat her to lunch or a movie
6. I feel that the best thing for her would not only be the gift, but for you to give her some of your time and attention. Like maybe give her some money and tell her that the two of you are going out to spend it. Take her shopping, and out to lunch or ice cream after wards. Giving of yourself means so much more to others than any monetary gift you can give.
7. umm lets see, gift cards always work, maybe find out what her favorite band is and get her a CD, oh and maybe like a shower/bath set like soaps, shampoos and sprays....candles maybe a framed picture of the two of you......good luck
8. if u can, take her to the mall and then out to eat lunch or dinner and just spend some time with her that means so much more than an actual gift
