opening yahoo greeting cards?

is there anyway to open a yahoo greeting card without having the person who sent it receive a notification that it was "picked up"? I'm the one opening it and the other person set it up so that they would be notified. Thanks! If you don't understand the question, please just let me know and i'll provide more details.

1. No. If the person asked to be notified when you pick up your e-card, there's no way around it -- he or she will know when you look at it. Nothing you can do about it.
