File ext changes?

I need to change a file ext from txt to csv so my american greeting card will up load my address book.

Public Comments

1. Changing just file extension won't convert the file from one format to another. You should use a file format convertor to achieve that.
2. Changing the extension does not make it a csv file. You need to save it as a csv file.
