2. Let's see. I get most of my "fee" gift cards by either using MyPoints, just click on the emails they send you. And I also use various search engines which gave away gift cards, i.e., blingo, winzy, etc. I get lots of $5 amazon gc and such by using these search engines whenever I need to find something.
