Are American Express Prepaid gift cards reloadable?

I just wanted to know if I can refill american express prepaid gift cards with money cause the person who gave me the card only added $25 thank you

2. Hi - i actually did a lot of research on these cards. The Bank Freedom prepaid debit card is by far the best. They have the lowest fees and have a free activation.
