Are there any prepaid credit cards that work like a gift card?

I just want to make purchases online. I want something with no fees. I do not have a bank account.

1. there is such a thing its called a prepaid Visa or master-card. Works the same as a debit card. you can find it on the web or at a grocery store
2. If you go to your local bank, you can purchase a visa gift card. Works like a credit card with no fees. look carefully at the terms, some of the ones at CVS charge a fee for the card, its in the fine print on the back of the package, or they charge a monthly fee.
3. You just have to keep buying either visa, mastercard, or american express gift cards. The bad part is you cant keep using the same card
4. You have two options. The short-term option is to get a prepaid American Express credit card. You should be able to get this card at your local grocery/drug store in the gift cards section. This option is the fastest with the least hassle, but you will be paying a few bucks over the value of the card. Also this card will have absolutely no affect on your credit record. The long-term option, which will also help develop your credit at the same time, is to open a bank account and ask for a secured credit card as well. If you make your payments on this card in a timely manner, you actually develop your credit as well.
