Can you purchase Visa gift cards using a money order?

I have a money order i purchased to pay a bill, turns out the bill was paid by direct debit, oops. Am I able to use the Money order to purchase Visa Gift cards for presents?

Any business has the right to not accept a form of legal payment. You might have to purchase a American Express gift card if Visa refuses..
