When do Old Navy employees get paid?

I started working on November 21st and I still haven't gotten paid. I heard it was going to be last Wednesday then I heard today. Also, can I use my employee discount to buy gift cards or online?

1. Pay days are every 2 weeks. It might be a different day for different parts of the country though. Here in MI we get checks on Wednesdays, but if you have direct deposit set-up, the money is usually in the account on Tues afternoon. Your checks come to the store, not mailed to your house, so ask your manager if they came in while you were on a day off or something. Employee discount can be used to purchase gift cards, but cannot be used to purchase anything from oldnavy.com... unless the item online is an "online exclusive" then you can purchase it, and bring your invoice to the store for the manager to give you a price adjustment using your discount to re-purchase the item.
