Perfect Christmas gift for my my mom and grandma?

I need to find the perfect gift for my mom and grandma for Christmas. I was thinking maybe a ring with their birthstone (is that corny?) I need to find one under $50 that isnt too too cheap. Please help me! Thanks in advance!

4. I got my mom a custom calendar once, each month one of her kids grandkids, or the family dog. Any online photo place does them, very personal, very unique.
