How do you find out how much your gift cards are worth?

I have a couple gift cards and i do not know how much they are worth.

1. Most stores you can call the Customer Service and read the numbers assigned to the card and they will tell you over the phone. Otherwise, go to the store in question and take it to the Customer Service Dept. and have them scan it and they will tell you. Hope this helps. peace:)
2. It's pretty silly if someone gave you a gift card/s, without the monetary value on them.
3. go to the store where the gift cards are for, and go up to Customer Service, or most stores have things where you can check the price of an item, scan your gift card under it, and it will show you how much money is on the card.
