Do Visa Gift Cards Work Online With Euros?

I want to buy this one shirt with my visa gift card online, but the website is german, so the money is in euros. If i was to use my visa gift card for it, Would It Work?

1. I think you'd just have to try. I have used gift cards online without a problem. And I know that using credit cards for foreign currency, they will convert the amount and charge a small fee. I don't know why the same wouldn't be true for the gift card.
