How to make homemade greeting cards on the computer? ?
Since the economic situation is pretty bad this year my family is planning on making homemade greeting cards. I wanted to know if there was a website for that. Also, how to print them out if you want them to look like a card. My last question is what kind of paper should I use? Thanks a million!

- http://www.bluemountain.com/cnp/index_cnp.pd http://www.printfree.com/printable_greeting_cards.htm there are also templates on word you can use :)
- There are free font sites http://www.Dafont.com http://Fonts101.com http://www.Urbanfonts.com http://www.Abstractfonts.com I don't know any sites that lays out a card for you. I find pictures at http://classroomclipart.com/cgi-bin/kids/imageFolio.cgi?direct=Holidays http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/default.aspx http://www.scrapbookflair.com/ Use at least 26 lbs paper but for best presentation use 44lb premium presentation paper. Also use the brightest white (but cream colors and pastels look good too, they just change the print coloration) and cut out the pieces and glue them to your card. There is also a magazine from England called Let's Make Cards that has wonderful instructions.
- Go to CropMom.com and use your photos and CropMom's digital scrapbook graphics to create a layout in the 5" by 7" size. After you've made your layout, to print it, you'll need to purchase the high-resolution JPEG file, but that's on sale now for just $1.79. After you have the JPEG file, you can print it as many times as you'd like. So basically, for $1.79, plus the cost of paper and printing, you can have your own custom greeting card.
