Other places to use Walmart gift cards?

I was wondering if there are other places you can use the Walmart gift card or if there is a way to transfere the money to something like paypal?

1. Actually,no. You can only use a gift card at the store it was bought from. That's it. So if you buy a giftcard from walmart, you have to use it at walmart stores only.
2. uhm wal mart.com probably sam's club.
