Does paypal accept visa prepaid gift cards?

Does paypal accept those visa prepaid gift cards that you buy for a small fee such as $3-5 and you deposit the money into the card yourself? Does paypal accept those $25, $50 and $100 visa gift cards? Whoever gives a good answer will receive the best answer vote.

1. I just tried 4 times and no. These Visa gift crds work pretty much no where.

3. yes they should work Provided you register the gift card first in your name and address on the gift card website as paypal will verify that card by chairing $1.00 to the card once the card is been verified that $1.00 charge will come off) but the amount has to be equal to the card (ie you cant request $30.00 on the gift card that only has $25.00 for example)
