Can i buy prepaid credit cards by using gift cards?

I have a bunch of reward points that i can redeem for partner gift cards, so my question is if i can use the partner gift card i got from reward points to buy prepaid credit cards or any kind og cards for that matter? Im using Discover credit card reward points to get partner cards, if anyone else has a discover card, which partner gift card did you get to buy prepaid credits cards with, i live in the U.S btw.

3. The gift card should work the same as the prepaid card. If you want prepaid cards that will have a Visa or Mastercard logo so you can use them at another store, then you should first see which stores offer this. Then use that information to pick which gift cards to spend your points on.
