What are some creative ways to give gift cards?

gift cards are so handy, i love to give them to my nieces and nephews! I just need some clever ideas to give them to them.

1. They sell Birthday cards at Hallmark with "card holders" in them.
2. Bury it in a bag of candy. Tape it to a box of some kind ( my SIL used boxes of cereal and chocolates). At Christmas, tape a loop of ribbon to one end and hang it on the tree.
