Can I use my MAC PRO discount card and pay with a MAC Gift Card?

At a regular MAC store. I got a MAC gift card, I should be able to show my Pro card, get the discount and pay the balance with a regular MAC store gift card, right? Yes MAC MAKEUP!! LOL
