How do i activate vanilla visa gift cards online?

please exact instructions. besides entering the numbers when you go to www.vanillavisa.com please help, it HAS to be activated online, it says right infront of me.

2. You type in the account number & serial number it asks for, hit the go button & then fill in the registration info it will ask for on the next screen. It is really simple, just follow the instructions.
