Can Target gift cards be used to purchase other gift cards?

My little cousin really wants some of that neocash for her birthday, and I happened to get some Target gift cards for Christmas. I am wondering if I can use one of my gift cards to purchase a neocash card and an itunes card? Is this possible? Thank you!

2. Yes, definetely! I got a target gift card with my iPod Touch when i bought it from there, and they let me transfer the money right to an iTunes card that i wanted. Idk wat he's talkin' about up there. Hope i helped :)
