can I use prepaid gift cards to order online?

I dont have a bnak account and I dont plan on getting one soon cause im young and dont have a job. Can I use the gift cars like prepaid visa you find in grociery stores to order shit online? or do I need paypall? can I use it with pay pall? how do I use every penny on the card since somethings are worth like 2 dollars and I might only have 90c left on the card etc.

1. yes, you can. Most websites will let you specify that you are using a gift card, and if not just enter the number on the card and say it is a credit/debit card (it will tell you which on the card) and it will work fine. If you want to use everything on the card, most websites will let you. Just put in the number for your gift card, and if there isn't enough money then you can put the difference on another card.
2. I don't know about gift cars, but with gift cards you can use them for most payments as long as it's from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
