can i use visa gift cards online if so how?

i want to buy a coumpeter and i have a lot of visa gift cards. im only 13 could i use these on bestbuy.com??? i have like 500 dollars of them. so i want to be sure i can use them beacuse this is a online deal only

1. You have to make sure the cards are registered, but I think when you buy something like a computer online you can only give them 1 credit card number.
