How do I go about finding someone to design my greeting cards?

I have some ideas for my own line of greeting cards but I need to work with someone who can put my mind to paper on a relatively modest budget. How do I go about doing this?

1. Depends on what you mean by "relatively" low cost. For under $500 you can get started in your own business designing greeting cards with photos and/or graphics. You can then sell the designs to clients or sell the entire service to clients, which includes stock cards. For more info, check out the link below.
