Buying eyeliner online????

Does anyone know where I can buy eyeliner online with an American Express Gift Card. And have it shipped to my house? My mom wont take me to get some but she said if I can find it online I can have it. Please HELP!

2. Target. Macy's??? You can buy eyeliner anywhere that sells make up. But it would be cheaper if you went to buy it at the store that way you dont have to pay for shipping.

4. Sephora excepts them. I have purchased through then with an American Express Gift Card before. Practically anywhere that excepts American Express will except the gift card its as good as cash. By far the best eyeliner is : Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil. I have it in Zero, Lust and Covet.
