What is the perfect gift for my friend's birthday?

My friend is a girl. Shes 14. She is really good at drawing manga. She can speaks Japanese well. She got everything that a teen wants. PS3, Wii, Ipod touch. She even got her own piano and a guitar. And that makes me wondering what is the perfect gift for her.
