Gift Card Resources

Is there a way I can exchange gift cards online?

I was given a gift card I will NEVER use and would like to trade it for one I will. Are there services available that allow this?

  1. I heard of some. Yet, I cannot remember there names. I believe however you can sell them on Yahoo auctions, or Ebay. Please check rules before listing them however.
  2. Checkout these sites: http://www.cardavenue.com/ http://www.giftcardbuyback.com/
  3. Gift Cards Buy Back site, is the best place to trade for such cards. This service is perfect for your sitution. The site address is http://www.giftcardbuyback.com/ Other sites: http://www.cardavenue.com/ CardAvenue charges sellers and traders 6.25% of the selling price of the card plus a one time $.50 cent closing fee. The closing fee is only charged when the card is sold or traded. If the card doesn't find a buyer, the seller doesn't pay. There are no fees charged to the buyer of a gift card. http://www.certificateswap.com/ Certificateswap has a directory of over 650 retailers and restaurants nationwide where buyers can search for available gift cards and sellers can list their unwanted gift cards. CertificateSwap collects the money from the buyer and charges the seller a 7.5% processing fee based on the certificate's sale price (not its face-value), plus 75 cents for shipping/handling reimbursement.
