Buying Walmart Gift Cards Without a Credit Card?

Hello -- I am currently 15 years old and am thus limited to using gift cards for making online purchases (and naturally I don't have a credit card), I know most stores will allow the purchase of gift cards without a credit card although I know a small minority won't, in a Walmart though is it possible to do this without a credit card and just with cash?
