Gift Card Resources

is OTARTEL.com a scam? they sell discounted gift cards...?

i heard about it somewhere online and have found almost no information about whether or not it's a scam. They sell gift cards for places like McDonalds and Walmart for around 10% off, with free shipping. If ANYBODY knows something, please let me know if they're a scam or if they're legit. the website is www.otartel.com fyi... I really would like to buy some giftcards but don't want to get scammed. 1. you know, i've been wondering the same thing for a while but i've come to the conclusion that they're pretty legit considering there are people on ebay who have openly said that they bought it from otartel and are selling it back because they don't need it. i plan to buy some gift cards there too.. i highly doubt we will get scammed. good luck :)
