Where can I buy one of those prepaid gift cards/debit cards?
And whats the minimum and maximum amount allowed on the card? Im thinking of giving one to a child as a present. Jessica, those are great suggestions. Can you include specifics on where you bought them? Thanks. Ive been calling around, but I cant get one with the minumum of $5. They usually start at $20, and thats just too much for a 5 year old child. Which one lets the person use it anywhere?

- WAL MART NO MINIMUM NO MAX BUT THERE IS A MAX ON HOW MUCH YOU CAN PUT ON IT IN A DAY. OR GO ON LINE AT rushcard.com THAT IS WHAT I HAVE IT HAS A TWENTY DOLLAR ACTIVATION FEE AND YOU CAN ADD MONEY THROUGH THE MONEY GRAM. ITS GREAT I LOVE IT AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT OVER SPENDING. WITH THE RUSH CARD YOU HAVE TO BE ATLEAST 13 YEARS OLD BUT LOOK INTO IT
- You can get one at the store you want it for..or at most malls...you can get a prepaid debit card at any mall's customer service department and for the most part, they are usable anywhere..not just the stores in the mall but literally anywhere like gas stations or restaurants too....I think the minimum is $5 and the maximum depends on the place of purchase but it's usually $500
- Many banks and malls offer pre-paid debit cards through VISA, Mastercard and even Discover. Check at your bank first; you may pay a lower set-up fee as an in-house "customer".
- Prepaid cards are really convienent and it is fun for a child as well. Prepaids can be found just about anywhere. At your local grocery store or even drug store. You might find this information helpful on this website that I found.
